Oh Ann, that broken bed looks so dreadful! That would have been so sad, to open up a package you had waited for so long only to find it all smashed. [img]frown.gif[/img] I've only received one item from AG that was broken - Molly's tea set. Several of the pieces were broken and I had to call for a replacement. They sent out a second set and it had broken pieces too. They told me to mix and match the pieces until I had a whole set and send all the broken pieces back. At least I didn't have to pay for shipping but it was awful receiving a box of broken china. And it felt gross to package up a box of broken china to ship back, even if AG did pay for the shipping.
I sure hope everything works out for you. And that you don't have to wait forever for it to be resolved either. You've waited long enough, in my opinion. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img] Please let us know how everything works out. I hope you get the shipping reimbursed too.

Oh Ann, I'm sorry... I can imagine that's terribly frustrating. Thank goodness you bought insurance on it though! Hope it gets worked out quite quickly... and that you find yourself with a complete Addy bed most soon. [img]graemlins/thumbs_up.gif[/img]

I'm sooo upset! I just got the Addy bed that I won on ebay, and it's broken in 3 places! In two places, the pieces came apart, but in one place, the wood was actually broken in two! The seller didn't pack it very well, but obvioulsy the PO didn't take much care with it either, even though it said fragile.
I bought insurance, thank goodness, but what do I do now?? I'm going to contact the seller...how do I get this resolved? [img]graemlins/cry_smile.gif[/img]
